Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday Sep 13th, 2023 from 1300-1500

Today, again only Johnny and Hung teamed up to serve at Sunnybank while Qin Hao still could not come due to heave assignment work load. Most of the chats were short. But for both of us, we got some long chat which is extraordinary in Sunny bank. Recap below is the Battle Log of Hung.

1) It took me a while to be sure that God led me to chat with Friday from Sudan despite he is a smoker. Sudan is an Islamic country with 90% are Muslim and 5.7% Christian. Friday is non-religious and is from the Zulu tribes. He told me Johnny had spoken with him before, so with the Gospel message readily heard, he appeared very open and even receptive to the Gospel. He showed good manner stop smoking immediately when I started to chat with him. Basically, he shared my view that the adverse impact of sin is evidenced affecting all aspects of our life. So it is without doubt that all people need to repent and accept Jesus as savior. Hope next time we meet; God may have moved him to make the last step of faith to Christ.

2) Next, I connected with a Mainlander from North Easter Region. Just started and shared the nutshell of gospel and passed him a tract when the bus came

3) Then I approached a Malaysian Chinese from KL who can speak multiple languages so we ended up talking in Cantonese. He is 76 years old but too secularized and opined he is smart enough and do not need Gospel.

4) Then I met a Mainlander Chinese whom Johnny has chatted before and was rejective . But today, he appeared more opened and was willing to chat but the bus again hinder me to have time for revision of the full gospel.

5) I then was rejected bluntly by a Chines couple.

6) Then I bumped into a Filipino Chinese look young lady. She was pleasant and open for the gospel but I just started and the bus arrival cut my conversation off.

7) Then I caught up with a Mainlander young man from Fuzhou , he is studying aged care and readily has practicum at aged care home. He is a willing learner but our conversation was cut short by the arriving bus.

8 ) Next is a Korean young men who claimed to be Christian and I was glad to tested him with 100% assurance of salvation.

9) Ryan an Australian born PNG young man. He claimed to be Christian but has a lot of queries on the Bible. This skeptical view of the Bible was caused by his personal viewing of UFO and ET life. I drew his attention back to the Bible and took over 45 minutes to go through all useful verses to affirm the existence of the triune God. I chatted till 1505 as such Johnny left first. Our conversation ended only because of the arrival of Ryan's friends who are Christians and Shannon, one of Ryan's friend was happy I have such a long apologetic conversation with Ryan.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday Aug 30th, 2023 from 1300-1500

Praise be to God that Edwin Qin Hao could rejoin us after his past busy week in completing assignments for his Theological study. It was a pity Pastor Amy Yao could not join us due ad hoc illness of her son. The team of three worked productively reaching to many people with divine guidance of team work to follow up on some of the keen pursuer of faith. Recap below is the Battle Log of Hung:-

0) Today outreach actually started at the swimming pool with Adrain, a lap swimming mate. I shared a lot of the gospel and my testimony with him lately and he obviously has been moved to identify with the Christian faith more firmly. Another common thing between us is our younger looking appearance despite we are both 71 years old this year. Apart from regular sport to keep fit, my action faith is a major cause accountable for the ageless spirit to keep myself active in serving God. It gives Adrain a very valuable example to follow.

1) First I approached a Han Chinese with look of minor tribe from Henan , we engaged very well on thing lately happening in his home town He was opened to chat about religious thing but time was too short due to his bus arrival. He took both Chinese and English tract anyway.

2) Then I Followed up on a lady who was approached by Edwin and received a tract. Since she was still waiting so I reinforced for her the nutshell of the Gospel before her bus really arrived.

3) Then I connected with a Bolivia young man with limited English. I still managed to shared the nutshell of the Gospel and gave him the tract to read.

4) Jesse is an ABC girl not so sure about her family's country of origin though most possibly is still mainland China. Only shared half of the Gospel with an English tract.

5) Then I bumped in a young man Zhang ? from Hangzhou , he also got a tract from Edwin but I was moved to reinforce the gospel message to him before the bus arrived.

6) Kue, a rare Vietnamese Christian, who has 100% of assurance of salvation but she could not give clear reason just claiming her assurance is from her personal relationship with God which is not wrong. I anyway articulated the simple reason is that eternal life has been liked a free gift from Jesus not earned and deserved by us. Because of His atoning grace, we are saved by grace through faith to be able to reconcile with God receiving the heavenly citizenship right away the moment we accepted Jesus as our Salvation.

7) Cross cultural girl with blood of UK Germany, France. She comes and goes to have family reunion with other relatives at each other’s home on rotation. She is very open and clever but not time for a chat just passing her the tract.

8 ) Then Johnny referred to me a woman from Guangzhou to have a long chat as we switched back to Cantonese. I shared my testimony of salvation to her that had drawn great interest in her heart to pursuit the best free gift of eternal life.

9) Then I bumped into the girl from Jiangsu, Nanjing for the 3 third time lately. We recognized each other and I still endeavored to revise the Christian redemptive grace to her despite she is still hanging on to Buddhism mixing with local religious legend like MaZhou an goddess of the Ocean.

10) Then I came across a Vietnamese who did not want to chat but the Spirit moved him to take a tract and look at it right away. It gave me reason to briefly share about the content and purpose of the tract.

11) Then I met two Nepalese girls, who were open to the Gospel. It was a pity the bus cane too quick but they still managed to get a few tracts.

12) Daniel a young man from doing Environmental Science at Nathan Campus of the Griffith university. We clicked because our Hong Konger identity. He is not religious, but he showed good interest to listen to the gospel and agreed that the sin of human, out of selfishness has spoiled and contaminated the natural environment of the earth. So, the need to erase sin and defeat Satan is the same goal of Evangelist and Environmentalists. He was happy to take a selfie with me for possible future catching up.

13) Lastly, I tried to approach a Taiwanese but he was busy in making business call. But he was polite enough to take tract to read in His past time.

023 from 1300-1500

Today, team work remained being between Johnny and Hung, all other regular gospel warriors were all not available. We more so thanks God for using us as His unmerited vessel to do His work. Both fo us had amble of chances to have gospel chats with those who were destined and elected by God to engage into conversation with us. Again, good team work was played out in between us referring gospel targets of our more related background to do the sharing. Battle Log of Hung is recap below for reference: -

1) The Mainlander lady I first approached only took a tract but had to leave for an Uber coming to pick her up.

2) An ABC Christian was about to test his assurance of salvation but no more time to do it.

3) A young lady Hou ?, from Shanxi Tai Yuan is an UQ student doing International Business and Finance. Had a causal chat then hastily shared the nutshell of Gospel before the bus arrived and she too ka tract to read.

4) Then I was led to approach a young lady from Quanzhou who is studying International Business at Griffith. Again just shared the nutshell of Gospel when her bus arrived.

5) Then I was led to meet another Catholic Christian but he deemed to be relying on work. Made a brief clarification.

6) Sze?, an ex- Catholic Chrisitan claimed he has forsaken his original faith. for a reason I was yet to find out. He however understood clearly the mechanism of Salvation. Anyway, he took a tract to read.

7) Then I caught up with Wong a Hong Konger but is now living in Sydney . She came to Brisbane on business?she advised she has no religion , but was still open for Gospel sharing and took a tract afterwards.

8 ) Then I approached a Filipino Christian lady who only has 60 % certainty of salvation. I point out her problem and made her understand she was saved 100 % because of Jesus redemptive work as such she should have 100 $ assurance of salvation.

9) Next, Johnny referred a Cantonese speaking Vietnam Chinese to me He has not heard the Gospel before and was appreciative of the message and is willing to consider to accept Jesus as his Saviour. I took a selfie with him in case I can meet him next time for follow up.

10) Then I was led to approach a man from Spain. Just shared the Nutshell of the gospel to find he is a Catholic Chrisitan, yet no time to test assurance of salvation.

11) Then I caught up next with lady Huang from Keelung , who came here fro English study. She has not heard of the Gospel before and is willing to pursue this Chrisitan faith.

12) Next I chatted with a lady from Tapei Taiwan?she was willing to listen but remained sceptical.

13) I approached another Mainlander girl but she appeared indifferent

14) Finally , I had a long chat with Isa from Colombia of Catholic background. Again, clarified for her the assurance of salvation and took a selfie for future possible follow up.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday Aug 16th, 2023 from 1300-1500

Today is Ekka Public Holiday, both Johnny and Qin Hao were occupied with their Sherwood Church holiday ministry with their church members. Therefore, I served solo at Sunnybank at ease and led by the Spirit. The last conversation with two Christians from mainland was apparently a God led ones. I finally invited them to attend our Sunday service for worship and fellowship. Recap is the Battle Log for today.

1) First rejected by an Indian look person for the reason being engaged in a phone conversation.

2) Then I was led to approach a big guy from Nanjing. He showed initial reluctance to chat , but I used my olden day travel experience in Nanjing to catch his interest and curiosity. Then I learned that he comes to do medical study at UQ but not intending to be a doctor. UQ . HIs heart was softened enough of the gospel but the bus came at this time. Still, it was a good preparation of heart for this 26 years old man.

3) Then I was led to approach a Japanese girl from Nara. She came for the study of English and it is really of preliminary level. Nevertheless, I used my limited Japanese to build the rapport and carry on with the gospel. Finally, I decided to give her my last Japanese tract to supplement her below standard listening ability. She at least was impressed by my enthusiasm to share here this important life issue. And I gave her one more English tract for her to use the tract to learn English.

4) Then I was led to connect with a Malaysia Christian from KL but lack assurance of salvation. Just have enough time to clarify the major misunderstanding.

5) Rejected by a couple of persons by silent ignorance pretending they do not speak either Chinese or English. But because of this I was led to catch up with two Chrisitan from China. One of them had actually been following me with his eye sight while he and seemingly were also sharing gospel with another Chinese person.

6) I first hook up with Wang Chi from Shanxi Tai Yuan . I sensed that he is a Chrisitan that was why my action had caught his attention. Upon checking his assurance of salvation, it was a major lack of understanding. He claimed he has just move up to Brisbane from Melbourne and is looking for church. I referred and introduced majority of the churches in Sunnybank and Calamvale area but I was moved to invite him to come to CFC to have a look. He gladly accepted my invitation and I will come to pick him up at Sunnybank this Sunday.

7) Then Zhang Wah from Hubei Wuhan joined in the conversation. He seemed to be a more learned Chrisitan posting a lot of questions to verify if I am a fair dinkum Chrisitan and not a heretic. ON the same token, I also tested out his assurance of salvation which was same as having major fallout from the orthodox teaching about salvation by grace thru faith. Anyway, they had to leave for another engagement so just pray that they will really honour their promise to come on this Sunday to CFC when we can have more mutual sharing on the Bible.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday Aug 2, 2023 from 1300-1500

Praise be to the Lord, the Street Outreach Squad has grown from strength to strength by the grace and calling of God. Today Jase joined the regular Sunnybank squad making a team of five including Johnny, Hung, Amy, Qin Hao and Jase Lemont. We split into two teams with Amy and Jase going over to the Eastern side of Mains Road. Qin is very gifted in hitting gospel target with high efficiency. Sharing the core message in quick time. I somehow found that for those who has been reached by Qin, I can do some follow up or supplement work. We make a very effective oneness team to serve in His strength in Christ. Recap below is the Battle Log of Hung.

1) First I caught up with a lady from Nanjing, Jiangsu . Johnny had chatted with her before, but I still followed up on her status finding that she still think Buddhism is good enough for her to have and happy life. I stressed again that all religions are not bad in guiding people to be a good person, but it does not resolve the issue of our sin. May this message shed light on her path of seeking of faith.

2) Then I approached a Filipino who had no assurance of salvation. I clarified this to him and his friend arrived just then to pick him up by car ending this conversation.

3) Then I chatted with another Filipino lady just enough time for the nutshell of the gospel.

4) Edith a Christian lady from Kenya that Qin had approached. I carried on to test her assurance of salvation which is perfectly 100% sure because of Christ alone. She was encouraged to notice that she is the rare species of Christian who has 100% assurance of salvation.

5) Then I was moved to catch up with a Chen Couples from Guangzhou who are on a self-managed off hand tour around the world. . They came up from Melbourne and I shared with him my similar kind self-managed tour date back in 1974 and then my salvation testimony. He was over joyed to be able to meet up with me that can identify with their chosen form of life. He happily took both Chinese and English tracts as he believed message and sharing form me was noteworthy and credible.

6) Then I briefly Connected again with a Filipino that I met in the past weeks though it was interrupted by the quick arrival of his bus.

7) Then I was moved to catch up with a Taiwanese guy from Kaohsiung. He was fully open and all receptive to the gospel message.

8 ) Then I was moved to catch up with a man from Thailand who sat at the farthest side of the bench. Despite Qin had chatted with him and given him a tract. I dug deeper to have a long chat with him explaining the difference of Christianity with all other world religions including Buddhism. He was also open and receptive to the gospel message.

9) Last but not the least I caught up with a lady from Chengdu. We clicked for a long chat when she learned I was part of the earthquake disaster relief team in 2008. Her attitude changed from care free to seriousness in the issue of sin. Pray for God continuous work on her until we met next time again.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday 26/7/2023 from 1300-1500

Praise be to God that Qin Hao has been moved to become a regular Gospel Outreach team member to serve at Sunnybank every Wednesday with Johnny and Hung. We thank God for Qin Hao who is a very productive member grasping every opportunity to reach out to people assembling at the Bus Stop on the Eastern side of Mains Road. God uses our team work to cover as many varieties of people group as possible during our 2-hour ministry hour. With the team division of work, Johnny focus on approaching Chinese speaking people leaving English speaking target to Qin Hao and Hung. But aftercall, it was the work of the Holy Spirit to guide us to make our individual approach and will follow up on the response of those gospel target when they are moved to read the tract and home with their heart being touched and moved by the Spirit to make their respective faith response. We are just the vessel used by God to channel the bottom-line blessing to people of all nations.

1) Joseph and Jim were two QUT students from India. They were both very open and keen to listen to the full gospel and appeared very receptive. They took a tract to read and ponder afterwards to make their faith decision.

2) Next, I was led to approach a QUT students from Taiwan. Again, very open and receptive to the Gospel.

3) Then came a Mainlander girl but was persistently not interested to talk about faith issue. Still managed to chat it out on other softer issue but at the end, still refused to take a tract after listening to the gospel.

4) Ella an Indonesian lady who quickly disclosed she is a Christian when Qin Hao approached her. I quickly took over to test for her assurance of salvation which surprisingly is 100% certain simply because of the redemptive work of Jesus taking our place to receive the punishment of our sin. I asked if this orthodox teaching applies to the whole congregation or just to a few matured Christian like her. She claimed it is the norm that everyone at their church is very clear about the gospel and salvation. I can only give all praise and glory to God that amidst a Muslim country, Indonesia Christian can be so matured. I only hope and pray that they will also be mobilized to share the gospel in Indonesia to their own people and cross culturally to other ethnic groups.

5) After that, there came a large group of teenagers possibly from a private high school. Qin reacted quickly handing out tracts to many of the students waiting for their coach to come and many of them did read the tract immediately on the spot. But after they boarded their chartered bus but still waiting at the bus stop. A young handsome boy came to the bust stop and sat down by my side. Girls on the bus kept signing him as if they were friends. But this handsome boy Birdie claimed he knew none of the girl on the bus. Anyway, I got connected with him because of this brief exchange of words and ended up sharing him also the full gospel. He also took a tract to ponder on the salvation issue and to make his step of faith decision accordingly.

6) Then I approached a Korean girl who is a non-believer. She also appeared open and receptive to the gospel.

7) Then I turned to a Chinese lady who claimed herself a Buddhist. She also said she had already had a chat with Winnie at Toowong. I nevertheless still repeat the gospel message to him stressing Buddhism is good bout only guided us to be a good person but could not resolve the issue of sin. She appeared a bit too resistant to all other religion other than Buddhism despite I clarified to her that Buddhism is actually not religion but a kind of education to teach people to be a good person.

8 ) Lastly, I caught up with a Buddhism lady Mardi from Bhutan, I took long time to share her the gospel with many side dish of testimony. She anyway was a bit too proud of her Country being ranked as no one happy country as such she even thought there might be perfect person in their community. But of course, going through the tract, she finally admitted there is no perfect person in the human race and that as long as we are not perfect, then we all need a saviour to cover up our imperfection or sin by His sacrificial blood.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday 12/7/2023 from 1300-1500

Praise be to God to move Qin Hao to join us at Sunnybank despite Bible college school term has restarted. He could not come on Tuesday as there is class at BST but he was moved to come on Wednesday to join the Sunny bank Outreach. The three of us made a good team supporting and supplementing each other’s. Qin Hao is very quick and determined to approach stranger without hesitation. So by sight, he got the most number of divine appointments to share the gospel. I took a relax approach and at time pick up some Christians outreached by Qin first but I continued on for clarification of their assurance of salvation. Johnny again had got fruitful result today leading many people including a HongKonger just a step away from salvation by accepting Jesus. Recap below is anyway the Battle Log of Hung.

1) I was moved to approached madam Xu. ? originally from Shanghai but migrated to New Zealand? and then now ended up in Brisbane Australia. She was actually waiting for her daughter to come to pick her up. When I approached her, she had the common initial reluctant to chat using excuse that she got a flu and really put on her mast. I was moved to stay put though keep a safety distance from her. She seemingly was impressed by my persistence and passion to share the gospel so God softened her heart to listen up my full gospel sharing. She even recognized Qin as my team members when he came to evangelize someone besides her. She was happy to take a tract and introduce me to her daughter who thought we were friend. Pray that this divine encounter will bear fruit in His time.

2) Gloria a Christian girl from Solomon Island of Seven-day Adventist background, I spent considerable time to test her assurance of salvation which was found lacking. Then I shared many Bible doctrines and strengthened her faith in Jesus. I even clarified some controversial prediction of Jesus 2nd coming by the Adventist denomination which was admitted wrong as such their doctrinal stand nowadays is no different from other evangelical churches.

3) Mia from Sudan was initially approached by Qin but prepared to quit after knowing she is a Christian. I took the chance to demonstrate to Qin that we still have a task to diagnose the assurance of salvation of every self-proclaimed Christians. Again, Mia was lacking of 100 % assurance of salvation which was clarified in length. She was moved to ask where my church is. I anyway advised her stay with her own church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

4) After Mia left, I approached a family of three but I mainly chatted with the daughter. The family was from Guangzhou for sight-seeing. That was the excuse the daughter young lady used to reject chatting as she thought I was trying to convert here and bring her to church. Another excuse was they are Buddhist but I insist to share the gospel message as a cross cultural concept. Basically, I shared the nutshell of the gospel to the daughter while the mum kept leaving the seat to check the Bus arrival schedule screen.

5) Then I was moved to approach Joseph and her girlfriend both from Indonesia Jakarta, They are not Christian but also possible not a Muslim. He appeared very friendly and open for a chat. I could only manage to make a start but the bus came. He anyway seriously asked for a tract to read himself. Pray for God's own follow up and change of heart work.

6) Then I was led to meet yet another Japanese girl who came to study English. I greeted her in very fluent Japanese to gain the right to carry on with the chat. Again, her bus came far too quick and cut our conversation short.

7) Daniel Liu was a mainlander but Johnny shared the gospel to him years ago. He obviously was moved to accept Christ and once attended the Rock Church at Church of Christ at Station Road. But he did not attend "The Rock" anymore. Pray for God's guidance to lead Daniel not just accepts Jesus to become a nominal Christian but a World Christian on mission.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday 5/7/2023 from 1300-1500

In contrast to an all wet and rainy day yesterday, praised be to the Lord we have a bright and sunny day for Street Outreach at Sunny bank. It was a pity Qin could not join us to day in his last week of term break from BST study. So just Johnny and I teamed up as usual. God led us into different gospel sharing divine encounters or faith building sharing with Christian of varying spiritual maturity level. Recap below is the Battle Log of Hung: -

1) First I was led to two ABC high school girls of grade 9 who claimed that they had spoken before with possibly Qin Hao last week. They claimed they had other religion but nevertheless they had understood the message through the chat and the tract. However, it seemed that they were not yet getting the point. But they were very opened to the gospel sharing and not that resistant to the message about our need to be redeemed by Jesus.

2) Madam Zhang ?an ex-EMP Methodist member but now is with Hill Song. She has enough Bible knowledge but is still struggling to have full Assurance of salvation. The root cause is not at all clear about the salvation package by God in three stages, namely the 3 fold deliverance in the Past, Current and future. We had a long chat and hopefully cleared up the myth of God's grace in her mind.

3) Madam Li ? from Henan appeared very friendly as I connected with her in her by greeting in her local dialect. She showed no uncomfortable talking to me as a Christian Pastor. Time run out when her bus arrived but she happily took a tract to read.

4) Then I was moved to approach Elizabeth a young non-believer girl but also appeared very receptive. Thanks God I had just enough time to share her the full gospel which she admitted that she heard it for the first time but found it sensible logical and rational. She seemed to have no resistance at all to make her last step of faith to accept Jesus as here Saviour and Lord. She showed her appreciation to take a selfie with me though the bus was ready to go. Pray for God's last follow up work to send the Sprit to bring her the conviction to receive Christ as Saviour and Lord of her life.

5) Then I came across a Hongkonger , but he was all resistance to any religious talk. Yet by the Spirit I still managed to share him the full gospel in a nutshell.

6) Then I picked up a Pakistan mum and daughter who again appeared very friendly. But time ran out for me to share as her bus came quickly. Just managed to leave a tract.

7) Last but not the least, I was led to connect with Madman Guo? from Shandong Tsing Dao. We clicked in many way and I even shared with her my mission trips in China. She was happy to take a tract and promised to understand the message I am so passionate to convey to her.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday 281/6/2023 from 1300-1500

Praise be to God that Hao Qin joined us for the consecutive 2nd day. He seemed to be deeply driven to work with us as a team for the long haul, not just for two tern break weeks as previously thought. He actually had the first taste of street outreach under Andrew Walkington when he did the Evangelism course with BST in 2021. We missed the chance to meet each other then as Andrew might have brought them to Sunnybank at a different time. Anyway, after two years, God moved him to respond to Johnny’s calling to join our weekly outreach. It seemed that God even has moved him to summon more capable younger brothers& sisters of the Sherwood church to build an outreach team in His time like what God has raised up His gospel outreach team in GCCCC, SCCCC and Antioch Lutheran most recently. Hao Qin was apparently gifted in cross cultural evangelism in both language wise and boldness in making a quick approach as led by the spirit. We formed a good team complementing each other’s. Recap below is the Battle Log of Hung.

1) First approach was to a person from Jie Jiang China who showed no interest but still I shared him the nutshell of the Gospel.? ,

2) Anna a Vietnamese lady who chatted with Johnny before has assurance of salivation but need a bit more clarification as her English is not good enough to explain why she has 100 % assurance of salvation. But it was really a very rare case for a Christian from an originally Buddhism country.

3) Approached two Mainlander first by Johnny and then me later but they were scared off.

4) Then I connected with a Vietnamese lady of Buddhism background. She expressed no interest to chat but I still manage to chat and share the gospel until the bus came.

5) Morehead and Queenie are from a city North of Mumbai in India. Initially they rejected our approach, but I did not give up and found out that they were new comer to study at QUT who had just arrived and need to take a bus to garden point of the CBD. They were lost for direction and was about to make a wrong turn. I stopped them in time and guide them to take the next bus to Queen Street Bus terminal. They turned around become very appreciative for my help and took the initiative to take a tract when their bus came. They also were very happy to take a selfie with me and pray that God will lead them to meet with another evangelist hopefully with OAC guys at Garden Point QUT campus.

6) Met again with Catherine a Catholic Christian from Philippine whom I met her first time on May 24th. To my surprised she has very clear understanding of the gospel with 100 % assurance of salivation. She was delighted to take a selfie with me. It was good I met her again today and recognized her for mutual encouragement.

7) Two ladies rejected Qin but I caught up with the Spanish speaking lady later. We had a good chat as I could connect with her in a bit Spanish. I managed to give her a tract to read when they had to leave the bus stop.

8 ) Then I approached a Vietnamese couples. The wife appeared not tolerance and left while the husband still want to listen.

9) I Met with another Filipino lady of Catholic faith. She was open to the gospel and was happy also to have assurance of salavati0on clarified.

10) Last but not the least I connected with a lady by the name Zhang from Wenzhou of Jie Jiang. It was the Jerusalem in China because of greatest proportion of Christian as well as the number of missionaries sent out. She is from a Christian Family, and boldly admitted she is Christian. But her teaching about salvation is not sound as such she did not have assurance of salvation. which I clarified for her thoroughly. . She thanked me for that and dared to take a selfie with me which is the first ever for me with a mainlander Christian.

Battle Log of Operation 513 at Sunnybank on Wednesday 21/6/2023 from 1300-1500

Amy was able to join Johnny and Hung today at Sunnybank and God used us to bless many people abundantly. In particular, Amy brought Holly an Aussie young girl to Christ on the spot. It is an observation through our usual outreach experience that people of all other nations are far easier for reach out to have good quality conversation then the mainlanders. Situation has changed a bit in the past 6 months that more younger persons from Mainland China appeared more softened and open to the gospel. But there are still a majority of Mainlander do not want to be bothered by the gospel sharing. Today, as a team, we felt awarded with real person receiving Christ on the spot and promised to follow Christ by finding a church as their spiritual home and school. Recap below is the Battle Log of Hung.

1) First approach to a Filipino, despite of their Catholic background, I was rejected for a chat.

2) Next, I approached a Mauritius lady. She was willing for a chat, but her bus came too quick that I could only touch on the nutshell of the Gospel as such she only took a tract.

3) Then I approached another African who was busy in texting as such he also only took a tract

4) Then came Sister Susan Zhang of Logos Church from Fuzhou Johnny chatted with her many times before but I met her first-time last week. She greeted me as such I originally attempted to test and clarify if she understands gospel completely and has assurance of salvation. But then Johnny chipped in and took over the conversation. I overheard anyway that Sister Zhang actually has no assurance of salvation and does not understand the gospel correctly.

5) Then I faced two more blunt rejections from one Korean and one Mainland Chinese.

6) Then God led me to reunion with a Couples boy and girl friends , Wu ? & Yao?from Guangzhou. Followed up and refreshed their memory and understanding of the gospel and the both showed great receptiveness of salvation. Keep praying for God's timing to guide them to make the last step of faith .
